Postage Policies , Dispatch and Returns are detailed below:
1) Postage at a standard rate of £3.95 (UK Customers) is added automatically at the ‘Checkout’ for all purchases under £55.00. This is calculated after all Coupon Codes have been applied.
2) Purchases over £55.00 at the ‘Checkout’ after any and all Discount Coupon Codes are applied are subject to be FREE postage. This is automatically applied and detailed on your purchase invoice.
3) The term ‘Purchase(s)’ refers to the ‘Basket Checkout’ price after any discount coupon codes have been applied and your are happy with the products and product variations in your ‘Basket’ before commencing to the Payment section of your Order.
4) Postage methods will vary from Standard Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery or a Secure Courier Service dependant on order size and product content. Proof Of Postage will be produced upon request where Royal Mail is used. Where a Secure Courier (Parcelforce, My Hermes, Collect+, DHL etc) is used mainly in the case of items 2kg and above a signature upon receipt of the item will be required. A successful delivery will be confirmed to us via email or text via the courier.
5) All orders made and payment received before 3pm Monday-Friday or 12pm Saturday will be subject to ‘Same-day’ dispatch. Any orders completed after 3pm Monday-Friday will be subject to ‘Next-Day’ dispatch.
6) Orders completed after 12pm Saturday and Sunday will be subject to dispatch the next available working day (Monday excl. Bank Holidays).
7) The customer accepts any costs incurred for the return of any items should the return be due to customer error.
8) A secure method of return postage is required to ensure the item reaches us at Campbell Nutrition, no responsibility will be accepted by Campbell Nutrition for loss during return postage if no proof of postage can be provided. Thus no alternative or replacement product will be dispatched without a new order being placed and payment in full made.
9) Campbell Nutrition will refund any return postage costs incurred by the customer if an order error is found to be on the part of Campbell Nutrition or its staff.
